Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 July 2026
1. Who these terms are between
These terms govern the purchase of design and build packages from webdesignsupreme, Wilhelmstraße 7A, 21614 Buxtehude, Germany ("we," "us," "the studio"), by a customer ("you") via webdesignsupreme.com.
2. What you're buying
Every package on /pricing/ and on each service page states its own scope (what's included and excluded), price in EUR excl. VAT, timeline, and number of revision rounds. That published scope is the contract's scope — nothing beyond it is owed unless agreed and priced separately (as an option at checkout, or as a separate order for Bespoke / Enterprise work).
3. Placing an order
An order is placed by adding a package to your cart, completing checkout, and receiving an order confirmation. The contract is formed at that point, for the exact scope and price shown in your cart at checkout.
4. Prices and payment
All prices on this site are shown in EUR, net of VAT. German VAT is added at checkout at the standard rate of 19%; EU business customers with a valid VAT ID are reverse-charged at 0% under the EU reverse-charge mechanism; non-EU business customers are invoiced at 0% as an export supply. Packages are paid according to one of three modes, stated on the package itself: full payment (due in full at checkout), deposit (30% due at checkout, the remaining 70% invoiced against project milestones and payable within 14 days of each invoice), or subscription (billed monthly in advance, first month due at checkout).
5. Timelines and revisions
Each package's stated timeline runs from kickoff (not from checkout) and assumes timely feedback from you at each review point. Each package includes a named number of revision rounds; rounds beyond that number are quoted separately.
6. Your responsibilities
Timelines and revision-round counts assume you provide the content, feedback, and access we need at each step (e.g., copy, logins, brand assets) within a reasonable time. A project that stalls on missing input from you for more than 30 days may be invoiced for work completed to date and paused, resumable within 6 months at no restart fee.
7. Ownership and IP
Full intellectual-property rights in the final, approved deliverables transfer to you on full payment. Work that has not been paid for in full remains the property of webdesignsupreme.
8. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
Cancellation, the statutory consumer right of withdrawal, and refund mechanics are set out in full on our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For ordinary negligence, we are liable only for the breach of a material contractual obligation (a "Kardinalpflicht" — an obligation whose fulfilment is essential to the contract's proper performance and on which you may reasonably rely), and in that case liability is limited to the loss typically foreseeable at the time the contract was formed. This limitation does not apply to claims under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).
10. Confidentiality
Both parties will treat non-public information shared for the purpose of the project as confidential, and use it only to perform the contract.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence if you are a consumer domiciled elsewhere in the EU. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the courts at our registered seat (Buxtehude, in the Stade district) have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. If a clause is invalid
If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect; an invalid provision is replaced by one that comes as close as possible to its intended commercial purpose.
