How does the 30% deposit work?
Project packages take 30% at checkout to book your slot; the remaining 70% is invoiced against milestones as the project progresses, due within 14 days of each invoice.
What is "reverse charge" and does it apply to me?
If you're an EU business outside Germany with a valid VAT ID, VAT is charged at 0% under the EU reverse-charge mechanism — you account for it in your own country instead. Enter your VAT ID at checkout and the total updates automatically.
Why do some packages show "Due today" and others show "Then, monthly"?
Full-payment and deposit packages show what’s due at checkout versus invoiced later; subscriptions show what renews monthly. Your cart totals reflect exactly what applies to what’s inside it.
Can I combine packages from different services in one cart?
Yes — add a Website Design tier and a Brand Identity tier to the same cart and check out once; each keeps its own timeline and payment terms.
What if none of the 16 packages fit my project?
That's what Bespoke / Enterprise is for — tell us the scope at /contact/ and we'll price it directly, rather than force it into a package that doesn't fit.
