How this runs
Checkout
You choose a package, pay what’s due today (deposit, full payment, or first month), and the engagement is officially booked. No sales call stands between you and this step.
Kickoff
A short call (or async form, your choice) to confirm scope against your package’s published inclusion list — no rediscovering what you already read on the service page.
Design
First concepts or wireframes appear against the timeline and revision-round count your package names, not "as fast as possible."
Build
Approved design gets built for real — the CMS, the store, the flows — inside the same package.
Review
Your named number of revision rounds happens here, not as an unlimited back-and-forth, so the schedule holds.
Launch & handover
Sign-off, remaining balance invoiced (project packages) or your subscription simply continues (Care Plan / Design Subscription), and full IP rights transfer to you on full payment.
Why the process is structured this way
"A timeline only means something if it's published before you've paid for milestone two. We'd rather tell you 4 weeks and be right than promise 'as fast as possible' and hope you don't check."
What this looks like in practice
In practice, the busiest week of any engagement is the first one, not the last. Kickoff isn't a courtesy call — it's where your package's published inclusion list gets checked line by line against your actual content and structure, so week three doesn't surprise anyone. Scope questions get settled here, in writing, against the list you already read before you bought.
Revision rounds work the same way: a named number, spent deliberately. Round one is usually the big structural pass; the last round is fit and finish, not a chance to redesign the brief. If a change falls outside what a package includes, it's priced and added as an option — never folded in silently, never a surprise on the final invoice.

What happens if I don't respond for a while?
A project stalled by missing input from you for more than 30 days may be invoiced for the work done and paused; it resumes within 6 months at no restart fee.
How do revision rounds actually work?
Each round is a full pass on the current state of the work — you give consolidated feedback, we apply it. Rounds beyond the named count are quoted separately, not assumed.
What do you need from me to get started?
Whatever your package's inclusion list assumes you'll supply — usually copy, brand assets if you have them, and login access where relevant. We'll ask for the specifics at kickoff.
Can the timeline move faster with a rush option?
Rush delivery is a priced add-on on Website Design, Landing Pages and E-Commerce Webshop, confirmed at kickoff — not guaranteed once a project is already underway.
