Pricing & payment
Are these prices really final, or is there "extra" later?
The price and scope you see is the price and scope you pay for. Anything beyond a package's published inclusion list is a separate, priced option — chosen by you at checkout, not discovered on an invoice.
What does "excl. VAT" mean for my invoice?
Every price on this site is net of German VAT, added at checkout at 19% for consumers and German businesses. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are reverse-charged at 0%; non-EU businesses are invoiced at 0% as an export.
What's a deposit, and when do I pay the rest?
Project packages take a 30% deposit at checkout; the remaining 70% is invoiced against milestones as the project progresses, due within 14 days of each invoice. Full-payment and subscription packages work differently — see each package’s payment mode.
Do you accept invoice / bank transfer?
Yes, alongside card and SEPA direct debit, all shown at checkout.
Process & timelines
What happens between checkout and kickoff?
We schedule a kickoff to lock scope against your package’s published inclusion list before any design work starts — nothing gets built against a guess.
What if I need to change scope mid-project?
Extra pages, rush delivery, and similar changes are priced add-ons, agreed and invoiced before they’re built. Anything larger is scoped as a change to the project, not folded in silently.
What happens if I go quiet for a while?
A project stalled by missing input from you for more than 30 days may be invoiced for the work done and paused; it resumes within 6 months at no restart fee.
Ownership & IP
Who owns the site, brand or files once it’s finished?
You do, in full, the moment you’ve paid in full. Work that isn’t paid for yet stays ours.
Can I take my site to another host or developer later?
Yes — once you own it, it’s yours to move, host, and edit anywhere you choose.
Cancellation & guarantees
Can I cancel a subscription any time?
Yes — Website Care Plan and Design Subscription both cancel any time before the next renewal date, with no minimum term and no notice period.
What's the Design Subscription's 7-day guarantee?
Cancel within 7 days of your first payment and get that month back in full, less a €390 discovery fee, provided you haven’t accepted more than one deliverable yet. Once per customer.
What’s my right of withdrawal as a consumer?
A statutory 14 days from checkout, no reason required — full detail, including the model withdrawal form, is on our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
